All purchases made are final. www.Lazy-Bee.com will make sure all items are sent out in the best conditions. Returns and refunds will only be accepted for incorrectly sent. You would need to inform us within 48 hours when you have received your order for us to rectify the order. We will either replace the items or issue a refund if advised within the claim period above.
General requirements of Return are as follow:
The items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories.
The items must not have been used.
How Refund are Issued?
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will still need to return your items within 7 days.
Your refund will only been processed after we have receive the return items.
